PSYCHOTHERAPY
Individual Therapy: 50 mins | $185
Individual therapy is a model wherein which a trained clinician creates a safe, therapeutic space to meet one-on-one with a client to explore issues causing emotional and psychological distress. This insight oriented process allows clients to uncover underlying issues that impact their quality of life, process their feelings, and develop self-awareness, growth and skills to affect positive change in their lives.
Couples Therapy: 90 mins | $275
This model of therapy creates a safe space for couples to receive support and guidance in resolving conflict, and growing a more loving, enriched and satisfying relationship. Couples often seek therapy to explore and address issues around communication, infidelity, financial issues, lack of emotional intimacy, power struggles, and parenting or family conflict.
Group Therapy: 90 mins | $60
The group therapy model focuses on a specific topic, or the needs of a particular population. This process, facilitated by one or more skilled clinicians, helps members to overcome life challenges and barriers to self-fulfillment by creating a safe space for members to be supported, and to support each other in exploring and processing their shared experiences. This model can assist with addressing feelings of isolation, as well as increasing a sense of accountability, agency and empowerment for it’s member.
COACHING
While therapy involves more exploration and resolution of issues from the past and processing emotions, coaching focuses on outlining and strategically charting a course for meeting future goals. A life coach is a motivator, a strategist and an accountability partner whose role is to insightfully support a client in discovering new perspectives and a path for achieving their goals.
